Our Complaints Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint, please read the below for details on our procedures for handling such matters:
- Inform us of your complaint or grievance in writing to our registered office address, as above
- We will inform you of receipt of your letter of complaint in writing as soon as we have received it
- Your complaint will be investigated by one of our Management Team
- We will endeavour to reply to you with an appropriate response no later than two weeks after receipt of your original letter. In the event we are unable to respond to you in this timeframe, we will reply indicating when we expect to be able to respond
